I enjoyed the video and the beauty of The Madison Valley Ranch is nearly captured! :) You have to be there to truly appreciate how exquisite it really is. If one of Harry's buddies can not make it again this year count me in. As soon as Quinlan is old enough we will be bringing him! Elizabeth you look as gorgeous as ever and I can almost smell and taste Scott's gourmet dinners.

This is what I got from the show. Had to watch it a couple time to get this. Hopefully it is right or at least close.

Use this to marinade your salmon or Steelhead an hour or more before cooking

Bottled Water (no chlorine water)

Brown Sugar

kosher Salt

Mix 2 - parts sugar to 1 - part salt

Pickling spice

Pepper corns

Glove of Garlic

Mix the above ingredients and bring to a boil.

Let cool

Soak salmon for at least an hour

************************************

Use a cedar plank

Cover plank with Olive Oil - side towards fish

put salmon on plank

Cover with wet cedar brose

place on burner to start burning smoking of plank.
Place in shallow pan
Put in oven

whole fillet let cook for 15 to 20 minutes don't over cook. Smaller pieces would take less time.
